It can be applied cosmetically at New York City botox clinics. It is quite popular in L.A. Botox paralyses the facial muscles, and this is what smoothens wrinkes and crows feet. But would you really want something that paralyses your muscles? In the cases of death reported the botox leaked into the bodies organs. The FDA has never approved botox as a drug, although it is still legal.
