Certified Consent Letter
A Consent Letter is recommend especially if only one parent will accompany a travelling child out of the country. The notarized or validated letter will function as a proof that both parents allowed their child or children to travel outside of Canada. It has to be specific in every travel where proper address and contact information are clearly stated in the consent letter. Some countries will require that the letter should be sealed and certified by a foreign official for authentication purposes. This letter is important especially now that there were a lot of kids reported missing in different countries.
