An iPod Repair Service for an Old Man
I have never liked new fangled technology because it seems to come at you so fast. It took me a long time to embrace a computer because I didn’t see any sense in it. I have a nephew that is a musician however, and he decided that I needed an iPod to at least listen to his music. I decided that if he bought me one I would use it. First of all I couldn’t believe the sound. Those little ear bud things, really blast the music into your ears. I am not that old as an uncle but I do have old ears so I had to turn my iPod down low; it still is very loud to me. iPods are supposed to be the next great thing to a personal CD player and I can see how it will happen. I can also see why some magazine articles say children in my grandson’s age group are losing their hearing since the kids listen to the noise they call music at such high volumes. I have had my iPod for a couple years now and it was one of the original ones that came out. I never had a problem with it until the other day. I plugged it into the computer, downloaded my new songs, took it off the computer and nothing happened. It wouldn’t play the new or the old songs. I checked the batteries and everything I could check to make it work and nothing happened. I figured that it had finally pooped out and it was time to get a new one. My nephew didn’t think so: instead he looked for an ipod repair service. He told me that there were many of these companies that you could find on the Internet and they could fix most of the problems that people had. He boxed up my iPod, and sent it off for iPod repair service. I actually had forgotten about it until the mailman rang my doorbell because I had to sign for the package. I am used to repairs taking a long time so I was surprised when my iPod repair happened so quickly. My nephew is a good boy and he paid for the repair so that I could go on and enjoy my music. I bookmarked the repair company in my favorites so I will know what to do if it happens again.
