Goldfish Care is Easy
Goldfish care doesn’t really require any brains, know how, or intelligence and I’m sick of people telling me that owning a goldfish qualifies them as a pet owner. While that is just my humble opinion, I think it should be accepted as fact. I personally think that’s ridiculous and unless you own something that is capable making a real mess, or escaping or breaking loose, you do not own a pet. I’m sorry, it’s just that how can you really compare owning and caring for a fish to owning a dog which requires training and regular companionship and emotional attention? How could a fish even possible compare to a cat or even a parakeet or parrot – I mean even the bird brain can talk to you! Sorry, but all you goldfish aficionados can keep your little fishies and your green nets and your food flakes, I’ll take a good old dog or cat any day.
