Anne Franke
On one of the pictures that I have seen on the cover of the Diary of Anne Franke book, she is holding a doll. I would be interested to know if anyone has attempted to find this doll. The antique dolls from this generation in Germany are really popular and it would be an incredible find if this doll were still in existence. I imagine the original was probably destroyed some time in the war but what an amazing artifact to think about. Wherever they found the original diary and since then I know different pages have been discovered, I wonder if there was any trace of the doll.
