Agreeing on a Child Support Payment
When my daughter and her husband divorced from one another, she decided to come up with the money for an attorney who could help her out with child support in Austin. I told my daughter that I thought that she was making a wise choice. Even though her husband was a good man, people change over time. She needed to make sure that the child support agreement was put in writing so that he could not change his mind a couple months down the road.
