Leaky Basement Issues
We have had nothing but problems with the basement in our new house. The previous owners did their best to try and keep it dry, but they failed as well. The reason for all of the leaking was that the original owners did not take the time to seal the basement properly. That is why we had to get out to a hardware store and get the right Concrete Sealers to get the job done. It was not a whole lot of fun, as the chemicals did not small the best, but it was definitely worth doing in the end.
