This might be the herb for me!

I’ve been researching whether there really is such a thing as a green tea health benefit. I’m pretty skeptical on that sort of thing, but I have to admit that there’s some pretty convincing evidence out there.

There are a lot of studies that show that drinking green tea helps you lower your cholesterol, and helps prevent blood clots from forming, so it’s great for people who are at risk for heart disease. That’s been my primary concern since I have a strong family history of cardiovascular issues, and I’ve just been diagnosed with high blood pressure. I’m thinking of switching to green tea once my supply of coffee runs out.
