Looking Young
People often tell me that I don’t look my age. I laugh, and tell them that I try not to act it either. They ask me the secret of looking so young. I tell them that there’s several things that I do. I watch what I east, because a good diet is important in feeling young. I take coral calcium every day. And I exercise daily as well. I like to walk or run every day, and every other day I use light weights. I like to exercise with a friend, it helps motivate me. I’m always glad when someone thinks I don’t look my age.
