Exercising and Losing Weight

Today I woke up very early because I had to had a lot of chores to do in my house. I needed to do laundry and that took me like one hour and 30 minutes. In addition, I had to clean the house and even cook. Now I just finished eating and around 3 pm I will be going out to the gymnasium.

I like to go on Saturdays to the gym because is one of the days that I have off. In the gym, I like to do bodyweight exercises for fat loss. I want to lose at least 20 pounds.
