Exercise Ball? I Don’t Think So
I saw an advertisement on tv the other day about a ball that apparently helps you work out your abs. Apparently, you lay on this ball and do crunches. I don’t undersand how that could possibly be comfortable, nor do I understand how it can help make your crunches more effective. It looks more like you’d be spending most of your workout figuring out how to stay on the ball. In fact it looks like the ball would be more fun for a kid to play with than for you to exercise on. Plus, if you’re wanting to spend that much money on a ball, maybe you should just buy a total gym instead.
