A Muscle Gaining Secret
When you’ve found your way to the gym and are aiming to gain a muscular body, your eagerness might get in the way of your acheivement. It’s important to understand what I am about to tell you as it’s crucial to building muscle mass.A lot of people want to bulk up so badly that they work out more than is necessary or even beneficial and helthy.
To never do more than 10 reps on each exercise is one of the most important guidelines.
By doing fewer reps but with more weight your muscles will grow the most. Make it short and intense, and don’t stay longer than 45 minutes at the gym. Don’t be one of those that overtrain and end up with a tired and sore body, this won’t make your muscles grow.
