I aim for a successful warehouse. I have only just started with my warehouse, but I pay attention to everything, even by placing the five s system in place. I hope that the five s system will get me to where I want to be one day. I can make sure that my employees are safe through using many different things and the same goes for the organization of the warehouse. A warehouse that is disorganized is useless, as quotas will not be reached and workers will work slowly and get annoyed. So I hope by focusing on the five s system, my warehouse will be organized and safe.

Being visible at night is something that I need to improve on. My store does fantastic business during the daytime, but many folks that I’ve talked with thought that we were closed during the evening hours.
