Wondering if I Will Qualify for Seattle Mortgage Loans
A few years ago I was out of work for a few months. During that time period I had some late payments on my college loans and my car loan. It caused some damage to my credit report. I have a good job now and have been paying everything on time. However, I am wondering if I will qualify for seattle mortgage loans. I own a small place now but I would like to up size a bit since I keep hearing about how it is great time to buy with home prices and mortgage rates being so low. I guess I need to contact a mortgage broker and take it from there.
