You simply log into your browser, actually log into the meeting software and then send out your invites. You set up a meeting a time in the day and you send invites to e-mails for others to join the meeting. Then everyone joins at the proper time. No one has to install software. They simply go to the browser and as long as their online they log into the meeting by clicking the link you gave them. Not everything is running through the browser and no one has to worry entering their information. What a great way to run a meeting do not be scared with the fact that they call it online meeting software. This is not software you have to install you can run it through your browser.
