Hallmark Greetings Card flap …
Hallmark was on the news today, but not in the manner in which most companies like to be … Professor Watson writes today about the flap in his blog post on Liquid Clothes Remover - the subject of the national news article. The basic crux of the story is that Hallmark allegedly marketed a greeting card to children that has an inside message of "Care for some Liquid Clothes Remover?" Watson asks the moral and ethical questions about the news story. And while he doesn’t quite totally defend Hallmark, I would say that he suggests that their historical track record speaks for itself. It’s nice to see someone actually take a stand and defend someting rather than jumping on a media bandwagon.
