Business Analysis
A good business strategy that I have always taken with my company is to hire a project recovery consulting team every once in a while to get honest feedback on how we are doing. Our company handles long term projects for our clients and it is always a good return on our money if we can have an outside company take a look at our actions and business plan. Every once in a while we have to hire a company to pull us out of a sticky situation, but usually I like to hire an outside company before we have any mistakes made public.
