Being at the Top Means you Work Well With Others
There are some people who know that they will be at the top because they will always work hard to be there. I know that there are some people who think that they need to step on people along the way, but I think that is the wrong approach. That is why I have decided that the best thing for me to do is to make sure that the leadership coaching is in place in our office so everyone is doing what they can do to be on the same page. I know there are leaders that know how to work well with others.
