A claim on my annual travel insurance policy
I recently had to make a claim on my annual travel insurance but hey, that’s what it’s for right? My laptop was stolen while I was in Jakarta, and within three weeks I had a new one. I was really impressed with how easy it was to make the claim. All I had to do was fill out one form and submit it with the laptop receipt (luckily I still had it because the laptop is new) and police incident report. A week later the insurer called me and said it had all been processed and cleared. The most annoying thing is that there is no way of getting the files I lost back. I guess I should backup my files more often.
